    1. 2.1 This site is operated by Mini Moments Limited (we, our or us). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 10429833. Our registered office is at 41 Holmer Crescent, Up Hatherley, Cheltenham, England, GL51 3LR.

    1. 3.1 We may collect and process the following data about you:
      1. 3.1.1 information that you provide by filling in forms on the Site;
      2. 3.1.2 communications you send to us;
      3. 3.1.3 and details of your visits to the Site, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data and the resources that you access.
  4. 4 IP addresses and cookies
    1. 4.1 We may collect information about your computer including, where available, your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
    2. 4.2 For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. They help us to improve the Site and to deliver a better and more personalised service. They enable us to:

    2. 5.2 The data that we collect from you is processed by staff who work for us or for one of our service providers.

    4. 5.4 Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Site; any transmission is at your own risk.

Any access request may be subject to a fee not exceeding £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
